- نستخدم رقم واتساب العميل واسمه الظاهر ومحتوى رسائله فقط لاستقبال طلبه وتنفيذه وإبلاغه بحالته.
- يحصل الموظف على تفاصيل الطلب فقط، ولا يحصل على رقم العميل أو عنوانه إلا المندوب الذي قبل مهمة التوصيل.
- تُحفظ البيانات على خوادمنا، وتُفصل بيانات كل منشأة عن غيرها، ولا تُباع لأي طرف.
- للاستفسار أو طلب حذف بياناتك راسل المنشأة على نفس رقم واتساب.
Privacy Policy
- We use the customer's WhatsApp number, profile name and messages only to take, fulfil and update their order.
- Staff see the order contents only; the customer's number and address go only to the driver who accepted the delivery.
- Data is stored on our servers, kept separate per business, and never sold.
- To ask about or delete your data, message the business on the same WhatsApp number.
